Old World Antieks LLC, sells wholesale to the trade. By placing an order, you are stating that you are an owner or representative of a valid retail business and that you are making tax-exempt purchases for resale.
Old World Antieks requires that all SHIP TO addresses be zoned commercial. In addition, customers must be open during normal business hours and have the ability to off load deliveries. Per our terms and conditions any additional charges applied by the delivering carrier for any accessorial charges such as but not limited to: residential deliveries, inside delivery or lift gate will be the responsibility of the customer.
Cash and check are our preferred method our payment, Old World Antieks reserves the right to impose a credit card convince fee at any time.
All first orders require 50% deposit and credit card information.
Credit terms may be granted to established clients and are as follows: orders of $25,000 and below will require 50% deposit at purchase with net 30 for the remaining balance. Orders over $25,000 will require 30% deposit at purchase with net 45 for the remaining balance.Minimum order:Suggested $1800 for freight deliveries or $250 for ground• Payment – 50% deposit required to process order, check credit card or cash accepted. A credit card will remain on file until final payment is processed and order has shipped.• Shipping– We ship both domestic and international by way of freight, ground and blanket wrap services. Shipping typically ranges 15 – 25% of order.
All past due accounts accrue interest at 18%, monthly. Delinquent accounts automatically revert to credit card only, without term privileges. Returned checks incur a $25 bank fee. You agree to pay any fees associated with an outside collection agency, including litigation expenses, in the event that your account is placed for collection.
By providing a credit card number and expiration date, you are authorizing Old World Antieks to charge the credit card at the time an order ships or backorder ships.
All sales are final. Merchandise is non-returnable. It is up to you to make sure that you view all photos, read the descriptions and measurements noted in the descriptions given. Also, please remember that you are purchasing items that have age and are worn with time. They will have the expected character marks: bumps, dings, scratches, and wear. We do our best to note any character traits in the description given to all products. Please email any questions or concerns before you commit to buy, we will respond in a timely manner.
We offer high quality antique collectibles and furniture that have been carefully selected and restored. All items are sold on an as is basis.
Old World Antieks ships all orders with a freight service with the exception of purchases required to ship via common carrier with a blanket wrap service. Smaller, non-fragile items can be boxed and send with UPS/FEDEX or USPS Ground, if it is more cost-effective. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping option selected. Shipping costs are based on a tariff or percentage rate of the invoice value depending on destination. Minimum shipping costs can apply to small orders. Typically shipping charges range from 15% - 25% of invoice value.
Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase, and delivering them to you. Most purchases are shipped from our warehouses to arrive within ten-fifteen business days of receipt of the order for in stock items. If there is a delay, we will notify you by email or phone.
Old World Antieks reserves the right to calculate reasonable shipping & handling charges. International shipments require additional fees. Your signature of receipt constitutes full acceptance of all packages as stated on the bill of lading. By signing, you agree that all items are accounted for and acceptable without damage.
Every effort is made to ensure your order will be protected before being shipped, please inspect every item upon arrival.
If your merchandise is damaged in transit, you agree to contact Old World Antieks directly within five business days of receipt of merchandise. You also agree to save all original packaging materials and product. Upon valid inspection by the carrier, Old World Antieks will contact you to resolve the claim. Any noticeable freight damages to boxes or the pallet must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery, before the carrier leaves the site and before signing for the shipment. IF damages are not noted on the delivery receipt the carrier will not honor any damage claim. Digital pictures will be requested. Please report claims to Shipping@oldworldantieks.com
We offer storage for 30 days, after that we will charge you a fee of $75.00 per month. All fee's need to be paid before order is picked up.
